We ship most orders across Nepal through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery charges and delivery time may vary depending on the destination and service availability in your area.

  • Production Time
    All products are custom made. After you approve the design preview, production usually takes 1–3 working days depending on order complexity.

  • Delivery Time
    After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 days
    Major Cities: 2–4 days
    Other Districts: 3–7 days
    Remote Areas: may take longer depending on courier service

  • Delivery Charges
    Shipping cost is calculated based on location and handled by our logistics partner. Charges may vary depending on distance, accessibility and courier rates at the time of shipment.

  • Cash on Delivery
    Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable locations. For customized products, a partial advance payment may be required before dispatch.

  • Delays
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist in tracking and support whenever possible.
