• By placing an order with Khopne, you agree to the following terms.

• Custom Product Nature
  All products are custom-made according to the customer’s submitted photo, text or instructions. Because of this, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrectly produced.

• Design Approval
  We always send a preview before engraving. Once the design is approved, the customer is responsible for any spelling, photo or layout errors.

• Advance Payment
  For Cash on Delivery orders, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order. Production begins only after confirmation.

• Cancellations
  Orders can be cancelled only before design approval. After approval or production, cancellation is not possible.

• Delivery
  Delivery time is estimated and may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

• Customer Responsibility
  Customers must provide clear and correct information including photo quality, spelling and delivery details.

• Refusal to Accept Delivery
  Customized products cannot be resold. If a customer refuses delivery after approval, future orders may require full prepayment.

• Intellectual Property
  Customers must ensure they have permission to use submitted logos, photos or designs. We are not responsible for copyright violations.

• Changes to Terms
  We may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updates.
