The Alpha Algo MK2 is available in two optical power configurations, allowing flexibility depending on material thickness and production requirements.
The 20W module is optimized for fine engraving, photo engraving, and small to medium-scale production. It provides excellent detail while minimizing excessive burning on delicate materials.
The 40W module offers higher power output, enabling faster engraving speeds and deeper cutting capability. This configuration is better suited for thicker materials and bulk production workloads where efficiency and throughput are important.
The Alpha Algo MK2 is capable of engraving and light cutting on a variety of materials commonly used in custom and corporate products, including:
Natural hardwood and softwood
Pre-laminated MDF and plywood
Bamboo and composite wood panels
Leather and synthetic leather
Acrylic (dark or coated)
Coated, painted, and anodized metals
